Authors are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. Simultaneous submission to other conferences or workshops with published proceedings is not allowed.
All papers will be peer reviewed and comments will be provided to the authors.
Authors need to make sure that for each accepted paper at least one author will attend the conference.
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.
Selected papers from CIAC 2010 will be invited to a special issue of Journal of Discrete Algorithms.
Papers should not exceed twelve (12) SINGLE-column and SINGLE-spaced pages of text, using at least 11 point size type, including references, figures, tables, etc. It is highly recommended to use the Springer LNCS LaTeX style format (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html). Proofs omitted due to space constraints must be put into an appendix to be read by the program committee members at their discretion. Submissions deviating significantly from these guidelines risk rejection without consideration of their merits. Electronic submissions should be formatted in pdf.
Submission server closed on December 11, 2009.
Acceptance/rejection notices will be sent to authors via e-mail by February 13, 2010.
The deadline for receipt of papers in final version is March 12, 2010. Instructions for preparing the camera-ready versions of the papers will be sent to the authors after the acceptance notification. Presenters must have submitted the final versions of their papers in order to be able to present them at the workshop.
Author inquiries should be sent by email to ciac@di.uniroma1.it.
